b + c Office INteriors binding contract for commercial furniture product online sales Terms + Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (T & C’s) of sale bind B & C Furniture Solution Inc (SELLER): dba B + C Office Interiors and BUYER:  Person making purchase on line. Person must be over (18) years of age

TERMS:  SELLER proposes to provide product/furniture to the BUYER for the price specified.  All orders will require 100% payment in full to place the order(s).

GUARANTEES:  SELLER will act as the BUYER ‘S agent in the event of claims for damaged and/or defective materials and/or workmanship made within the guarantee or warranty period as stated by the manufacturer, supplier or fabricator for product ordered.

SELLER needs to be notified within (48) hours of receiving product of any discrepancies, damages, or missing product. After (48) hour period, SELLER is no longer responsible for product order and buyer will need to contact the manufacturer themselves.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION:  No cancellation of product orders is permitted since product is specifically made-to-order for Buyer.  All SALES ARE FINAL

IN WITNESS HEREOF:   This Terms & Conditions document shall be in effect from purchase time of sale to receiving product by BUYER set forth by above T & C’s
