COVID-19 Update | A note to our Clients + Partners
To Our Valued Clients + Partners,
b + c Office Interiors first priority is the health and safety of our staff and community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation as it continues around the world and are taking the necessary steps with our employees’ best interest to minimize any disruption to the services we provide to our clients.
As the situation develops, our response efforts are being adjusted. Here are a few precautionary measures we are currently taking:
· Prevention: Educating our staff about how to properly protect themselves to help prevent COVID-19; recommended by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
· Rest + Recover: Encouraging any staff that feels ill to remain at home to rest.
· Flexible Work Plans: Our employees are able to work from home as needed.
· Remote Meetings: Meeting/Communicating via video, audio, or conference call with staff, clients, and partners.
· Installation: We will continue with our regularly scheduled installations, unless advised otherwise. Our installation team has always practiced cleaning/wiping down of surfaces and will continue this practice as well as sanitizing each employee that walks onto the jobsite.
b + c will continue to take the proper precautions in order to maintain a healthy and safe environment for our clients and employees. Our team is here to support you in these challenging times.
